Bamboo
These are from the exhibit on the rooftop of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It's on until October 31st. I went twice this summer, as it happened. (See this post.) The pictures are from the first time I went, on a Saturday late afternoon/early evening.

that's pretty amazing. the 3rd pic kinda gives me a sense of it.
gotta love MoMA. still remember turning a corner and getting hit with the sight of that wall-sized Jackson Pollack. a physical reaction. never understood what it was he was doing til that moment.
Clowncar: Yes, I included that pic to give the overall view and a sense of the scale of the thing (although I love the views from within it, too). And, although one would expect an exhibit like this to be at MoMA, amazingly enough, it's at the Metroplitan Museum. Your Pollock memory is making me want to go back to MoMA, though.
