Volleyball, Illustrated

Conveniently enough, this picture, taken at volleyball today, shows me in action but from the back (blue/gray shirt, ponytail, brace on my left knee), so I can post it without risking my pseudonymity. And the picture is taken from far away enough that other people's faces are not too distinct. I'll trust my faithful readers not to identify anyone if you should happen to spot someone you know (unlikely as that is).
We had a blast. Great turnout, including some regulars that haven't turned up in awhile (one who lives way out of town now) as well as passersby who joined us for the first time. Lots of progeny playing together on the sidelines. Great weather--sunny and not too hot and no humidity. A perfect way to end the summer.

The end of summer? You don't say! No, don't! HA I am glad you got out and played again. :)
I have an exciting event this fall. I will be a tent monitor at the National Storytelling Festival here AND I a friend of mine is going to volunteer with me! Yeah. :)
An action shot!
Mary Ann: sounds good--where is "here" by the way? (if you don't mind saying . . . )
jo(e): indeed.
I'm still gonna come to a game someday.

FA: You must. But this group plays on Sundays, so you'll have to be here for a weekend.
